Dr. Gordon K. Rhine is the owner of Central Hospital For Animals. A native of Mt. Vernon, Dr. Rhine graduated from Mt. Vernon High School in 1964. After completing high school, Dr. Rhine attended SIU and University of Illinois. He received his DVM degree from U of Il in 1972.
Dr. Rhine has numerous veterinary interests, but he spends a large amount of time performing orthopedic surgeries. He is also an active member is several veterinary organizations of which include Southern Illinois Veterinary Medical Assocation, Illinois State Veterinary Medical Association, American Animal Hospital Assocation, American Veterinary Medical Association.
In his free time, Dr. Rhine enjoys hunting and spending time with his wife, Sue Ella, their three children, and five grandchildren. |
